Story: We booked a load with this people on September 19, 2008
14:30 Exclusive load to be deliver by 17:00 in Montréal,
Dispatcher requested to say its a blank shipment. They ask for
our paper work, we sent them our paperwork, in the meanwhile we
drove to do the pick up, we arrived at 15:00 and got loaded at
16:00. 21 skids of chocolate, 5 of them supposed to deliver in
Wal-Mart and 16 skids to the shipper warehouse in concord,
Ontario. the address we got on the confirmation was 1505 Louvain
ouest, Ville saint Laurent, when driver arrived no one was at
this location, but another person came and said its his load
follow me, we followed his to his other warehouse. they had
trouble with the dock, so it took time to unload until 18:45.
On October 02Nd,
2008 I received a phone call 15:04 from Jeff 940-687-7712 owner
for Nocona Transport Services inc, Which located on our
confirmation page, he then claim he doesn’t know why we send him
an invoice and that’s not him who gave us a load, and he never
had any office in Canada. Also that he knows that there is a
company in Montreal who using is information to scam other
companies, and that in fact he know 4-5 companies who got hurt
by this people, one of those company called All points logistics
who lost around $60 000 (Need to be verified). And that there is
2 cases against this people from Montréal, the following case #
