This
is how the Ahmed Nasir scam works it does it when he doesn't
have choice. most likely he'll put the real address in Laval,
Quebec.
There
is a load going to Montréal, Quebec, Canada. if able
transportation systems can't find a trucking company to pull the
load to Montréal, Quebec, Canada he'll just find someone
who doesn't know him from different State/Province and tell them
he has load going to there City lets say Dallas, Texas, He'll
send the trucking company a confirmation with a fake address
just like that Able Transport, 309 Woodruff Rd, Dallas, Texas so
it will look like an authentic company based at the delivery
location. Now the next day after he picked up the load he has to
work quick, he calls the People who booked originally the load
with and will demand money %50 ComCheck OR the next day he'll
ask for %100. Anything that you can't
cancel (ComCheck, Money order, Direct deposit to Laurentian
Bank account in Montreal so on..) customer will be scared of course he doesn't want the
consignee to know what happened he'll just pay it up. Nas will
take the money and won't tell the company he took the load from
where it is. The original trucking company will arrive at Dallas
they will look for the address and they won't find it, they will
call the company noted on the Bill of landing since Ahmed Nasir
won't answer them to know where is the correct Address. now
Nasir is not planning of paying the trucker. so he won't call
him back. So I think you better wait don't give the money so
quick. the original trucking company who picked up the load will
call the consignee to verify the right address make sure that
the consignee will know what happened so they will write the
trucking company name. so you can pick up your load back.

Nas is a crook he'll take your loads and won't delivered it. he'll
ask for more money $$$ and hold customer by his balls he'll
squeeze it hard (Sorry for that) and your load will be in a storage
somewhere in Canada or united states. if your load was suppose to
be picked up in Usa and delivered within Usa its probably
in Mississauga, Ontario Canada in a INBOND warehouse.
If delivered in Canada its
probably in a warehouse somewhere in Vancouver, Calgary,
Mississauga,
Toronto or Montreal depend
where the load has to be delivered. or maybe in
a warehouse in United states.
In a matter where you need to call
POLICE. Quebec Police Will make you call your local police where
the load was originated. And they will make investigation with
the Canadian police (RCMP)
and
Montreal Police.
MOST LIKELY you will have to come
to Québec to fill up papers in court since police will say to
you its a civil case and police will go on whatever the contract
says.

Its
a big problem if you live outside Quebec. you'll have to come 2
times. it
can cost you travel expenses up to $2000.00. Other choice is to
contact a lawyer in Montreal and he will do the job for you and
of course it will cost you a lot.

IN SOME CASES: S.T.A. Able transportation systems will book the
load with you, once he pick up the load, he will call you next
day to Ask for cash %50 or the day after Full Payment all in cash (Comcheck,
Money order, Direct Deposit to his Laurentian Bank account in
Montreal) whatever you agreed on the
confirmation. If you won't give him the money he'll curse and
threaten you that he'll sell the products he picked up. Don't be
scared and give him the money otherwise you won't see your cash
anymore. if you paid him, in many cases he'll just return the
load at the pick up location and sometimes when you pay him
money he won't even tell you where the load is. he doesn't
Really care about it. Now try to call the pick up
location before to verified if the load was picked up. if
so ask the shipper who's the trucking company that picked up the
load. if they give it to you CALL THEM RIGHT AWAY act quick to
get back your load. If Ahmed Nasir (Nas) find out that you we're
quicker then him He'll call you back he will threaten you and he
will call the original trucking company and tell them he won't
pay them and call the storage to tell them he'll sue them. DON'T
WORRY he just like to scare you. trust me he wont even do
anything. So many companies are complaining against him so what
the chances if he sue someone. Theft only steal.
Now if he still didn't
know you found and picked up your load already, he
may play on you and scared you and make you think he
picked up the load. and you won't get it back unless you pay him
the money. and so on.
The only thing you need
to keep in mind once you tell him you won't pay him he could
sell your load if its valuable. So lie to him and tell him you
will send him the money. in that time do whatever you could to
trace your load Call shipper, Carrier who picked up your load,
the warehouse where your load is. even if you found your load.
Do not tell him anything.
keep him on fire. He'll
call you all day long for the money . say you'll check why the
funds didn't arrive. If you decide in the end to GIVE him the
money he'll NEVER answer is phone anymore when he'll get your
cash. he doesn't need you anymore.

It may be this way.
1) Nas going to Book the load with
you
2) Next day he'll ask for %50.
3) Day after he'll ask for %100 of
the freight money.
4) He'll tell you he picked up your
load, Sometimes he doesn't pick up, he'll fool you. its a game.
5) He will call you everyday curse,
scream and so on. put you on pressure to pay him.
6) Your load will be in storage
Somewhere unknown. Many storages take and then send invoice.
7) After 30 Days storage will call
Shipper/Receiver to ask who's going to pay them a month or 2 of
storage.
8) Then congratulation you've paid
Nas a few thousands and you got you load month or 2 later
thankfully from the storage place, Bill could be up to $10 000
in storage Fee's.
9) Best thing no one can do
anything to Nas :-)

Thank you for your emails concerning this guy. unfortunately me
and you we can't do anything about him the law in Canada and
united states let him do whatever he wants. its already stealing
and Cargo Theft but police don't want to get involved. If
it was stealing from a bank police would have catch this guy
already. it shows that police has no interest in doing anything
about Ahmed Nasir.
There is a company out there who
give S.T.A. Able transportation systems Inc Leads from Link
Logistics and US based DAT.
What we can do is to advertise this guy everywhere so trucking
companies will be aware of him. and please send me more emails
if he did the same thing to you EXPLAIN how he found you and
what happened full story.
